Buy cities across India in this multi-user game, construct houses and hotels and make your opponents pay if they happen to stay over. Of course your moves are determined by the dice cannot. But then what business doesn’t have its share of chance. Go ahead and make your million then….if luck permits

How to Play:

In this turn based dice game each player has to choose his counter from the options given. Once this is done he is given a specific amount by the bank. This amount is his starting capital. The player moves along the as per the number thrown up by the dice. On landing on a block the player is presented with an option of buying that block. This is only if the block is not already purchased. In case a player lands up in a block owned by the opponent he is required the pay the opponent the pre defined rent amount. In case there is a House or a Hotel on the property then he will have to shell out a higher rent. In case the player lads on a Chance or a Community Chest block a card will appear on screen informing of the next move. This could range from a fine paid to the bank to an extra chance.

Jail
If a player lands in jail he can get out by:
-Throwing a Double 6
-Paying a fine of Rs 500 to the bank

A player must obtain a release from the jail within the next 3 turns by using any of the above mentioned methods

Houses & Hotels
When a player owns all the properties of a particular colour group he may buy houses from the bank to erect on those properties. The rent on the particular property then goes up. A player is not allowed to erect more than 1 house on a property unless he has built a house on each of the properties of that colour group.A player can erect a Hotel on a property when he as a house on each of the properties belonging to that colour group. Upon erecting a Hotel the player will be able to charge a higher rentfor that property.

Rest House and Club
When a player lands on the block marked as 'Rest House' he receives Rs 100 from his opponent. When he lands on the 'Club' he gives Rs 100 to his opponent.

Sales Tax & Income Tax
When a player lands on any of these blocks he pays either 10% of his total cash reserves or Rs 200 to the bank

Victory
When any one of the player goes bankrupt he loses automatically. Else if both the players are solvent they can call off the game (quit) and the player with the higher net value (Cash+Assets) will be declared the winner.
